32 Planets Discovered Outside Solar System

Before I read this article i knew that there were only 9 planets and the one we live in was one of them in our solar system, Through out this years there has been many discoveries. From what i've been informed, according the the C.N.N. article, there has been 32 planets that have been discovered outside the solar system. You may be wondering how this discovery was made, if our solar system is millions of mile away, imagine the distance of the 32 planets found. The observatory center from the university of porto, portugal invented a high accuracy radial (HARPS) that can detect little things as the movement of the star to the big things, like the planets discovered, I'm very impressed how technology is advancing and more discoveries are being done. This is very interesting. can you imagine how many more planets are out there, i ask myself if the planet earth is the only planet with human beings living in it, hopefully it can be discovered.

Outed Model blogger plans to sue Google

Before i read this article i knew about blogger.com, we actually use this site to network about our work in class. Its simple to make an account and it does not require any personal information. After reading this article i realized that posting a blog about anyone can become a real serious problem, As the article explained while the model Liskula Cohen was in court sueing google for a $15 million law suit. a blog was posted about the model and pictures with derogatory statements were said, the judge diasgreed and said "The internet serves as a modern-day forum for conveying personal opinions." This is true and we can only post opinions about people, it can never be a fact unless its proven. There was a lesson learned after reading this article, Always post blogs about yourself or others you know to avoid uneccesary problems.

My personal advice for college success

In order to be successful in college it takes dedication. Be dedicated in learning, doing your homework, and studying for exams. As well as dedication you must stay focused. Create long term goals that you will focus on throughout your college years. As a motivational speaker once said, "your imagination is only a preview of your future, but it all depends on you to make it happen." Never get distracted and keep your eyes on your goal. Anytime you want to give up, Imagine yourself completing those future goals. They will keep you motivated.
